We are sorry to report the passing of our dear friend, DeeDee Fraser on March 27, 2023.
She has been a member of the Lee Land Trust since the founding and has been involved in many projects over the years.
With her artistic ability, she worked on designing a logo for the group which was on all our correspondence. When our Donato’s Trail project needed to have a colorized version of the logo for the sign, we worked together in trying to keep the image true to her. That is the version you see now for the Lee Land Trust. The image was the view from the Pinnacle in Golden Hill Town Forest looking to Laurel Lake and beyond.
She was a busy woman, enjoyed her large family and the land. Her spirt was always up and she kept folks positive & smiling. We’ll never forget her smiling face…
A friend said, so sad she is gone, but so glad she was here. That says it all.
She is missed but remembered and we wish her family peace in knowing she was loved by many.
